Ms. Fleming goes beyond a traditional visiting author and incorporates staging, props, audio, song, and most notably her puppet, the amazing Willow, who is the main character in her stories.

Through Willow, Ms. Fleming explores emotions and acceptance in a way that young students understand. Ms. Fleming is a masterful presenter with a strong stage presence who capably engaged large numbers of students. She does this by giving multiple opportunities for students to participate, as
